As I understand Harry's birds are English tipplers m8 not Irish just because
he lives in Ireland.
I believe Shannon birds have Sam Billingham origin....and tipplers are an
English development.
Take a look at this attachment by Bobby Dunseith of N. Ireland and read
closely the last paragraph.
